How Pickup and Drop-off Work

Drop-off Point

Your driver drops you as close to the entrance as station traffic allows, with time to spare before departure.

Arrivals Pickup

We track train schedules where possible and wait at the main entrance with a name board.

Between Stations

Connecting from one Valencia station to the other? We can transfer you directly, saving the cross-city trip.

Coverage

Beyond the Station

Many rail travellers continue their journey down the Costa Blanca by private transfer rather than a connecting train — one direct car from the station straight to your hotel in Benidorm, Dénia or beyond.

Train transfer questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Which train stations do you serve in Valencia?

We cover both Joaquín Sorolla, the high-speed AVE station, and Estación del Norte, the historic city-centre station for regional and Cercanías services.

How early should I arrive before my train?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before a high-speed AVE departure and 15 to 20 minutes before a regional service. Tell us your departure time and we will plan your pickup accordingly.

Can you meet me if I'm arriving by train?

Yes, your driver waits at the main entrance with a name board. We track train schedules where possible, so a short delay does not mean a missed pickup.

Can I transfer directly between the two stations?

Yes, if you are connecting from one Valencia station to the other, we can transfer you directly rather than you making the cross-city trip yourself.
