Does the price include waiting time?
Yes, waiting time between stops is included within your booked hours. Your driver stays with the vehicle while you're at each stop.
Can I extend my booking on the day if I need more time?
Usually yes, subject to your driver's availability. It's best to give as much notice as possible if you think you'll need extra hours.
