By booking a transfer with Valencia Prestige Transfers ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms set out below. They're written in plain language deliberately — if anything is unclear, contact us before you book and we'll explain.

1. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us, whether by email, WhatsApp or SMS, showing your route, vehicle, price and pickup details. It's your responsibility to check these details and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect, particularly your flight number and pickup address.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are fixed and agreed in advance of your journey, quoted in euros. The price shown at confirmation is the price you pay, except where you request additional stops, a different vehicle, or other changes after booking, which may be quoted separately. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation terms, including free cancellation windows and any applicable fees, are set out in full in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate flight, pickup and drop-off information at the time of booking, and for updating us promptly if any of it changes. Luggage should stay within the reasonable capacity of the vehicle booked — let us know in advance if you're travelling with unusually bulky items so we can confirm the right vehicle.

5. Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing a licensed, insured driver and vehicle matching your confirmed booking, and to tracking your flight where a flight number has been provided. While we make every reasonable effort to be punctual, actual arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, missed connections or other losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures or flight disruption. Our liability for loss of or damage to luggage is limited to what is required under applicable Spanish law, and we recommend that valuable items travel with you rather than in the boot.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations under these terms where that failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest or government action.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from them will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to us on WhatsApp or via our Contact page.
